Phil Robertson, founder of Duck Commander and star of A&E’s “Duck Dynasty,” passed away at 78. His family confirmed the news on May 25, 2025, expressing comfort in their Christian faith and gratitude for his lasting impact.

Son Jase and granddaughter Sadie shared emotional tributes, recalling Phil’s faith and final words: “Full strength ahead!” Grandson Will also honored him, saying he’s now “talking to Jesus.”

Phil had been battling Alzheimer’s and other health issues. His wife, Kay, also faced serious health problems but is recovering.

Despite the loss, the family is moving forward with Duck Dynasty: The Revival, a new 20-episode series debuting in summer 2025. It will follow Willie, Korie, and the extended family as they continue the legacy.
