Neurologist Questions Biden’s Health, Suggests Vascular Dementia Over Parkinson’s:

A double board-certified neurologist, Dr. Russell Surasky, has dismissed media claims that President Joe Biden has Parkinson’s disease. While noting Biden does not display key Parkinson’s symptoms—such as a shuffling gait, one-sided tremor, or cogwheel stiffness—Dr. Surasky raised concerns about possible vascular dementia.

He urged the president to undergo an MRI scan and neurological assessment to rule out the condition, which affects cognitive functions like memory and reasoning. Dr. Surasky believes Biden’s medical history—including atrial fibrillation and two brain aneurysms—could increase the risk of vascular dementia.

The White House previously ruled out Parkinson’s following a medical exam in February. However, Dr. Surasky criticized Biden’s team for downplaying visible signs of cognitive decline.
